I stayed at this great value property close to the town centre for a few nights. The location was perfect - a quiet street, yet just a 3-minute walk to the town square and the beautiful lake. The kitchen was impressively equipped with all the gadgets imaginable, although it had maybe too many dishes. The linens, mattresses, and pillows were fresh and clean, and the modern bathrooms and showers were spotlessly maintained. Plus, they were dog friendly!
I would recommend this hotel.

Garden: The garden at Oakhurst was like a hidden oasis, where I could sip my morning coffee surrounded by vibrant flowers and chirping birds. It felt like stepping into a fairytale, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Street parking was busy.

We got amazing value for our money at this well-equipped and clean property. The owners even left us a bottle of prosecco and nibbles, which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, with a quiet street but just a 3-minute walk to the town center and easy access to the lake. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the bedrooms and en-suites were excellently equipped and spacious.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider selection of dishes.

The bathrooms were fantastic! I mean, seriously, there were 3 of them! One had a bath, the other two had showers. As a party person, having multiple bathrooms is a game-changer. No more waiting in line for us!
Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of baths, so having one bathroom with just a bath was a bit of a bummer for me. But hey, I get that some people love them, so it's all good.

The only thing that could have been better was the morning meal.

The location of Oakhurst was perfect - just a short walk from the town square and with easy access to the beautiful lake. The kitchen was top-notch, equipped with every gadget imaginable. The linens, mattresses, and pillows were new and impeccably clean. Plus, being a dog-friendly place was a huge bonus. The bathrooms were modern and spotless, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Although it wasn't a major issue for us, street parking could get a bit busy, especially in the evenings. However, during the day, finding a spot shouldn't be a problem.

Our stay at Oakhurst was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town square and with easy access to beautiful walking routes. The house was incredibly clean and well-equipped, with a modern kitchen that had every gadget imaginable. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of prosecco and nibbles waiting for us upon arrival, a lovely touch by the owners. Despite a few minor issues with street parking and small en-suite bathrooms, they were not enough to put us off staying again. I highly recommend this property for a wonderful stay in Keswick.

I enjoyed playing golf and going fishing nearby, as well as exploring the area on my bicycle. The house had all the amenities I needed, including a washing machine. The cultural highlights were also worth visiting.
I absolutely loved how the nearest airport was so conveniently far away. So refreshing.
